When you have stayed at a hotel, you will be even the opportunity to complete a hotel customer service survey upon your checkout. This survey is just a way from you to let them know how you enjoyed your stay at their hotel and how the service was while you were there. It is important that you fill out this survey so that they will be informed of any complications that you may have had and if you didn’t have any complications they will want to know other details about your stay.
The first section that you will see on the hotel customer service survey will normally ask you why you have decided to stay at that particular hotel. They will have options like “My organization chose the hotel”, “Room rate and the package price”, or “I prefer staying at a new hotel”. If you don’t find the reason on the survey that you are staying at the hotel on the survey there will be a blank section that you can fill in with your individual reason.
The next section that you will probably see on the survey will be a list of things that you may find important while you are staying the night in a hotel.  You will be able to check a box that lets them know how much each individual thing means to you. The choices that you normally have are “somewhat”, “very important”, “neutral”, or “not at all important”. This part of the hotel customer service survey will allow them to be able to see what each individual person likes to have when they are staying at the hotel.
The last section that you will probably see on the survey is probably going to ask you to answer a few questions about your stay at that particular hotel. It will ask you questions about how the service was while you were there, how the staff treated and met your needs, and whether you were able to get all the special services that you needed. You will be able to answer each question so that they can see how their service was rated and how they can improve it.
Keep in mind that when it comes to a hotel customer service survey that there are many different types of surveys that they can have, they may choose to pick any one of the surveys that they would like to use. Also make sure that you complete the survey before you leave so that they will know what they need to improve in order to make you’re a stay a better one, the information that you leave will be confidential.
