No matter what that person says you go on about your job and handle their needs in the end if you don’t give them the rude attitude back they will end up giving in and being a nice person because you have proven that they can not get under your skin.
Once you let a customer know that they have got to you, they are not going to let up so don’t show your sensitive or angry side. The next customer that you are going to meet is a patient and understanding customer, this type of customer never complains and if there is a mix up they are willing to go along with any changes that need to be made. This is the best type of person to have to serve because they are not demanding, they are laid back and easy going.
